Environment Asset: Grassland_LOD_Assets

Using Gaea, Substance, and 3dsMax I made a couple of environment models for you to use as you see fit in any way. 

I only ask that you do not resell without modification to the geometry and textures.

You'll get:

- 2 LOD FBX models

- Each LOD has 4 levels from high to low topology

- 3 versions of the textures (Unreal, UnityHDRP, Isolated)

- Each texture include Diff, Norm, Spec, and more
